Yes, we do, under the username vandalsgaming. We have 100% feedback with
over 4,000 feedbacks received in the last 12 months. The creation of this
website was not meant for us to save month on eBay fees but to pass those
savings onto the buyer. Which, if you look at our social media platforms, it is
easy to find a discount code for 10% off. But since you are here, use promo

What are the benefits from buying through your website instead of on eBay?
Some benefits include:
- Additional savings, like discount codes, no sales tax if you are located outside of California.
- Larger selection of games, consoles and accessories.
eBay offers buyer protection, do you?
You are protected when using any form of payment. We do not see your card
information (besides the last four digits). Your cards and other checkout
methods offer buyer protection. If you would like extra protection with your order,
feel free to use PayPal at checkout, which offer the same protections as eBay.
Will your promo codes work if I buy through eBay.
No sorry, all promo codes can only be use when checking out via our website.
Are your games authentic?
Yes, we do not sell fake or reproduction games. We do offer
third party accessories, but all of our games are authentic.
When will I be charged for my order?
You should see a pending charge as soon as you place the order. We do not actually accept any funds until we are ready to package your order. If, for any reason, we have to cancel the order, you will not be charged.

Why do item titles end with a number?
The great thing about shopping with us you get to see what you are buying
before you are buying. Most of our competitors will sell you an item blindly
and you won't know the condition before it arrives. With us we show detailed
pictures of the item, so you know exactly what you are getting. This includes
all number product except items number with #111. For more information on that
please view the "Photo is not the actual item" question below this
Why does an item say "Photo is not the actual item"?
In order for us to continue to offer great prices, some items will have a
generic listing. These products are all numbered with "#111". Just
like any major relator, you do not see the actual item you are getting. The
item pictured is an example of the item you will receive. Typically, all
cheaper products or new products will be listed this way. If the item is
pre-owned, it is still tested and functional. Pre-owned items, will be in similar
condition as the item pictured. So don’t worry about receiving any beat-up items.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, but no. If you are located in California, we do charge a sales tax. If you are located in any of the other 49 states you will not be charged tax.
When will my order ship?
We ship out orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If
you purchase before 12PM Pacific time on one of these days, you order will be shipped out that day. After 12PM the order will ship on the next shipping day.
How long until I receive my item?
Shipping takes typically 2-7 business days depending on where
you are located. If the postal service experiences additional delays, due to weather, covid, etc, it may take a bit longer.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders $10 or more. If your order if under $10 we charge $4 for shipping.
It's been a week and the tracking number has not updated.
If the tracking number doesn’t update for a few days that
can mean a few things. Sometimes the postal service may have forgotten to scan
the item at a stop or they are experiencing delays. If a tracking number doesn’t update within 10 business days the item is considered lost or stolen. In this case we will offer a replacement, if no replacements are available, we will refund the amount paid.
Tracking says the item was delivered but its not here, what do I do?
Unfortunately, if an item is marked as delivered there isn’t
much we can do. We suggest asking your neighbors to see if they received it on
accident. If the package is still not found you will need to open a missing
mail case either with your local post office or online. When a package is
marked as delivered it sends a pin point location via satellite to record where
the item was delivered. The post office can see if they need to go retrieve the
package if it was mis-delivered.
